 I have always loved to make things.  My mom saw this and gave me my first sewing machine when I was in middle school.  Since then, the world of sewing has opened up and I haven't stopped since!  I started with  simple quilts and clothes and worked to acquire other skills.

These days I am first and foremost a follower of Christ, mom to three beautiful children, and a wife.  My days are full of the craziness that comes with being a mom, but my children are my biggest blessing and I am trying to soak up every minute that I have with them.  They have also opened up a creative outlet for me.  I have found that I absolutely LOVE sewing things for them.  I always have some project in the works and experimenting with new ideas and different ways to do things is a passion of mine.

This blog and my Etsy store are full of items that I have thought through, experimented with, and figured out my "pattern" for.  Although many are similar to items in other Etsy shops, mine are made with my own unique spin on them. I hope that you enjoy using them as much as I have enjoyed making them!
